When Quandoo Australia, the restaurant booking platform and app, approached us with an urgent request in December, we knew we were in for a challenge. But nothing could have prepared us for the scale of this project: 20 vehiclesneeded custom fleet signage designed and installed in just two weeks during the busiest time of the year!
This project was driven by the new alliance between Quandoo and ProBros Providore, one of Australia’s largest fresh food suppliers. During Christmas, their campaign aimed to connect with restaurants, diners, hotels, and hospitality businesses across Sydney and beyond.
The campaign highlighted Quandoo Australia’s platform for managing restaurant reservations and loyalty programs while emphasising ProBros’ commitment to delivering fresh, high-quality produce.
The scope of work
The task involved creating and applying custom vehicle graphics for six distinct vehicle types. Each design needed to capture the spirit of the collaboration while delivering a professional and striking visual impact.
With tight deadlines and a clear focus on quality, this campaign’s success depended on our team’s ability to deliver exceptional results quickly.

How we delivered

This rapid turnaround allowed us to secure approval within 48 hours, clearing the way for production and scheduling of installations.
By day four, we had moved into full-scale production. Our team worked tirelessly to ensure the high-quality vehicle wraps and decals were ready on time. Installations commenced on day six, with our experts carefully applying the graphics to ensure a flawless finish.
The entire fleet was completed by day fourteen, with the final vehicle rolling out of our factory ahead of schedule.
