When Quandoo the restaurant booking platform contacted us with a last minute job in December, our busiest Month, we expected to be working on a single vehicle! How wrong we were!
Quandoo had signed an alliance with ProBros one of Australia largest Providores of fresh produce to roll out a campaign over the Christmas holiday period.
The project scope involved: Design of livery for six vehicle types, production and installation of graphics for 20 vehicles, all to be completed in two weeks! Now that’s a huge challenge at the quiet time of year let alone the busiest!
That said, our design team got cracking and produced the vehicle register and initial design concepts in the first 8 hours. Within 48 hours we had sign off on all vehicles and began scheduling installations. Production started on day four, installations on day six and the last vehicle rolled out of the factory on day fourteen. We had done it!
All this is made possible with a great team of professionals and proven systems. Our client was more ecstatic with the achievement, service levels and value for money.
